It’s that time of year again when I plan a summer vacation – and not just any vacation this year! Since spending a day in San Diego five years ago, I have been longing to go back and spend a week, and that’s what we’re doing this summer.
The trouble was, spending the day in San Diego did not make me an expert. I definitely needed to do some research if I was going to make this happen.
