“My First Successful Adobo”

Hi everyone! I just wanna share my Adobo experienced and the Recipe I found. I think I already made plenty of Adobo for the past few months that put to waste. It didn’t turned out the way i wanted it to be, sometimes it’s 2 salty or 2 sour or just no taste at all ewww sooo yucky. I almost gave up of ever making a good Adobo and I was so sad. But now, I found the best recipe from Ajinomoto site woohoo sooo happy hahaha. Thank God! You should try it, it’s really different and it’s really really good too. Just follow the instructions and everything will be good. That’s all I really did that made my Adobo so successful. Check the ingredients and procedure below…Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo cubed pork kasim
1 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE SEASONING MIX
1/4 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 piece laurel leaf
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
1/4 cup onion slices
1/4 cup water
3 or 4 teaspoon of sugar – it’s all up to you…

Procedure:

In a microwaveable container, combine pork, AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE SEASONING MIX, AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning, soy sauce, vinegar,laurel leaf, garlic, onions and water. Combine well and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

* Cook in microwave oven for 20 minutes at 800-850w.

* After 20 minutes, sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE SEASONING MIX and cook for another 3 minutes at 600-650w.

* Let it stand for 3 minutes before serving.
